Went here yesterday morning. They have seperate scoops and tongs for each item and all gluten free items were marked. The containers are close together so I could see it being possible for some gluten items falling into the gluten-free items.
Not tons of options, but there are two kinds of fish poke, three octopus poke, one shrimp poke, one kind of dried cod poke. Plus seven of the sides are gluten free. They didn't have any gluten free soy sauce though.
I had the poke bowl which came with two poke, one side, and a choice if rice (brown or white). I picked the spicy sesame garlic poke, the dried cod poke, wakame seaweed salad and white rice. Topped the rice with furikake seasoning which is also gluten free. It was soooooooooo good and I did not get sick at all. Definitely recommend.

There were only 3 gf poke flavors and the spicy garlic wasn’t offered the day we went. All things available gf are labeled so that’s good, but the variety of actual poke was low. Food was good and my daughter had no reaction so that is good.

Food was excellent! A few notes: definitely double check when you get there, but things that are supposedly gluten-free are marked. I got two scoops of the spicy garlic poke because there was one review that said the sesame one didn’t have any flavor, but if we were to go again, I would get one scoop of each, because the spicy is VERY spicy! I also got the cucumber which was delicious. I waited for an hour in line and it was worth it.

Clearly labeled gluten free and they had numerous options. I am severely celiac and I’m not sure if I had a reaction from the poke or something else I ate during the day, but it was very mild. They also had gluten free soy sauce available.
Super good. Several gf options. I will be back....probably several times.

Couldn’t wait to get back & have my favorite poke. But was told it was not GF & that the seaweed salad (which was labeled GF) wasn’t either. Missed seeing Cookie too. Only 3 pokes were GF & 2 had garlic which I can’t have so needless to say it was a (first world) disappointment. But also the sesame (which I’ve had before) really lacked flavor. The gal was sweet offering some other restaurant suggestions, but when you want poke you want poke.
Went end of day and they still had several gf options for poke. Some tastier than others. No problems with cross contamination for my visit. Gluten free options are well labelled.
Yes
You can't actually eat the poke dishes since they all have gluten (soy sauce) but they do have other well marked gluten free options. I give it 1 star because I got a mild gluten reaction after eating here and found the prices high. Wouldn't recommend for celiacs.
No
A great lunch place with different kinds of poke and salads that you can mix and match. A sign on the wall indicates which are GF (about half are so good selection) and staff is helpful and friendly. Go early as they close when they run out
