We went in out of curiosity since the chicken tenders were marked as gluten free on the menu. They are NOT gluten free - the manager informed us that the health department told him gluten is "destroyed" if heated past 425 degrees. This is not true. I asked about the jambalaya, as it should typically should be gluten free, and the manager was unsure what ingredients were in it. Did not feel safe eating here and left.
