Many examples of gluten free food. I loved finally trying croquettes here so good filled with warm fresh cheese and other items inside. Seems like also the only place in Bilbao with gluten free pinxtos. I tried a few that were great (most are cheap and on a piece of bread) and tried one of the many gf beer options here.
