Review of Dada

The server didn’t know what celiac was or know more than what I was able to see on the menu labeled gluten free. He asked the bar tender and all the mojitos are gluten free. I also asked him to confirm the gravy on the braised short rib didn’t have flour. He said he would ask the kitchen and put it on the side for me. The food came out and the gravy was on the food. He didn’t come by until later in the meal. I took a chance and didn’t get sick thankfully!
