Suspected celiac here - the staff was knowledgeable and helpful about cross contamination. They assured me they washed the knife and other procedures to make me feel comfortable. So thankful to find a delicious and safe meal!

There are not a lot of gluten free options inside of the Dekalb Market Hall but I’ve eaten here several times with no issues. The hand rolls are simple, fresh, and made right in front of you. Just ask for gluten free soy sauce and most of the menu is fine to eat! I’ve had the spicy tuna, toro, salmon and avocado hand rolls and all were delicious.
