Went once and had the shio broth without noodles and was told it was safe to eat. Went a second time and was told that none of the ramen they sold was safe for individuals with celiac.

They don’t have any good gluten free options here just plain white rice and water.

I have been here a few times for lunch. They have always made me a bento box with chicken, rice and an egg on top. While I understand this is a limited option, I have never once gotten cross contamination, which is a rare experience in DC when you're extra sensitive. The quality of the food is also solid. I went once for brunch, however the only item that seemed safe was the grilled grapefruit.

The shio broth is gluten free and they will happily serve it without the noodles and with a side of rice. Most of the add-ins are gluten free as well. They were super nice and seemed knowledgeable about celiac disease. Also, it was delicious!
