I’m insanely frustrated and disappointed with this place. I am gluten intolerant and while they have gluten free noodles - their broth contains gluten.
It’s impossible to eat here with them being so unaccommodating. I don’t choose to eat like this. I can’t eat gluten. And yet they act like gluten free is merely a preference.
I was told the gluten free option was “gross” which is extremely disheartening to be told the one thing you can eat is not good.
It just not hard to make miso broth and put gluten free noodles in them. I will not be coming back here.

They have gluten free noodles, but the broth and meat are soaked in soy sauce. The gluten free noodles taste like tofu noodles from Sprouts. The vegan ramen has wheat as well.

They have gluten-free noodles and gluten-free soy sauce but did not have gluten-free Ramen. All of the broths have gluten soy sauce. There are only 2 items on the menu that can be made gluten free including fried rice and chicken teriyaki.

They were very knowledgable. The waitress kept asking the chef my questions. The only safe option with their GF ramen was their Vegan Ramen! It was however delicious! They soak some of their meat and egg in soy sauce so those were off limits.
