Review of DaiLo

They totally understood gluten free needs and adapted the offerings to meet them. We had a chef's offering of 6 courses where each one was made to be gluten free. They started up a separate fryer for the the fried courses. The server's were knowledgeable and pointed out the tweaks made off the menu choices.The food was fantastic and service was timely and professional. Let the server know that you are a celiac and they will respond correctly.
