Food was delicious. I had a pancake after asking all the questions. Immediately sick on my way home. If you have celiac disease I would skip the pancakes.
Best gluten free breakfast in Tampa. The pancakes are great!
So good, we went 3 times on our trip!! I haven’t had gf pancakes at a restaurant before, but this place ONLY had gf ones and they were delicious! Also tried the breakfast bowls with tots and they were delicious. They have gluten free chicken tenders as well. My husband had them on a salad and they were really good.

Breakfast was SO good. The pancakes are ALL gluten free. So you don’t have to be confused at how delicious and chewy they are when they come to the table and hope you didn’t get served gluten pancakes.

Had a great breakfast! Items GF were marked on menu and wait staff was very helpful. Made sure to make notes when we ordered. Everything in the fryer is GF! So chicken tenders, fries and tots are all safe. Breakfast bowls and chicken tenders were great! Nice atmosphere too!
My kids loved the gluten free pancakes. Food was great. We sat outside. No problem with cross contamination that I'm aware of.
Happy atmosphere with knowledgeable staff and excellent food. Items marked on menu however some foods not marked gluten-free can be made gluten-free with request.
Avoid - they have changed the menu and have almost NO GF OPTIONS.
Had the pancakes and was a little uncertain with the grill but the server assured me it’s the only thing on the grill and the fryer is safe! The best GF pancakes I’ve ever had.

This location is great, the food phenomenal (with MANY gluten-free options) and the whole staff is always a vibe. Not a dedicated facility but they are knowledgeable and cautious. I've been several times now and never been sick.
Hubby got the Steak & Eggs Bowl over Tots, I grabbed the Omnivore Omelet with Tots. Austin was our server and he was fabulous! I asked for super crispy tots. He walked by after someone else brought our food, saw my tots and immediately said I'll be back with new crispy tots without me saying a word.
#1 Best place to eat for us our whole vacation!!! Fresh coffee, delicious GF foods, awesome people! Cant say enough about how incredible this place is!!! And the Best GF pancakes ever!!!

This was a great breakfast! Slightly small gf menu good. I did a chicken and waffles and it was really good. Service was great. They were knowledgeable and accommodating for gf. Definitely would be back. Dedicated fryer.
Great place with a dedicated gluten free fryer. Not sure about the kitchen set up. My 11 year old with celiac disease ate the French fries and chicken tenders and absolutely loved it and had zero problems. I would highly recommend

Food has a good taste, but the inside is very crowded; the tables are too close together. I asked about cc protocols with pancakes and was told they “clean the grill with steam.”It’s not that hard to have a separate griddle pan that can be washed with soap and water! I ordered a bowl with red potatoes and eggs and didn’t get sick. I was expecting tater tots like the menu said, but maybe the sliced red potatoes is the GF version of the dish. I didn’t want to send it back because I was hungry.
Waiter was knowledgeable about gluten free and ensured me they would take precautions and I didn'tget sick. Food was ok.
My wife has celiac and very few restaurants offer such a great selection the overall experience was fantastic, highly recommended even if GF isn't an issue
The greatest gluten free pancakes I have ever had.
Since 2015, this restaurant always reminds me of how good gluten free pancakes can be. I’m talking about pancakes that don’t fall apart or taste undone. They might even be better than the gluten-filled ones according to my friends.
Trust me, if you don’t go try them, you’re missing out. It’s such an experience that I do a small happy dance while chewing. Fantastic.

They have amazing GF tots and chicken tenders that are cooked in a separate fryer! Some sauces are not GF so be sure to ask the server about sauces.
One of my favorites! Gluten free items are clearly marked and they have THE BEST gluten free pancakes I’ve ever had! The servers are very knowledgeable about gluten free meals and cross contamination. I’ve eaten the pancakes here twice with strawberries and never been sick (I do take a glutenese before just in case there is an issue with the griddle or spatula, though they do make an effort to avoid cross contamination). They have a ton of gluten free options and are very clearly marked on the menu. My husband likes the gluten free pancakes here more than the regular :)
They have delicious GF tater tots (dedicated fryer) and bowls. I ate there for lunch and for dinner. Trendy Diner vibe inside and some nice outdoor seating. House Pinot Grigio was good. And everything is very reasonable with actual table service. Note I’m not celiac but both my kids are so even when they aren’t with me I look for good GF places.
Gluten free menu was clearly marked with lots of choices! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Had gluten free blueberry pancakes snd they were really really good 👍

We came at 3pm on a Thursday so they werehappy to clean the grill for her to have choc chip pancakes. They were delicious and she did not get sick. They had lots of options that did not need to go on the grill if you come at a busier time.
Got the "gluten free" pancakes since previous reviews raved about it. However, my Nima sensor picked up gluten and then they confessed that the griddle is shared with all foods and not cleaned for gluten free use.
I love coming here for the GF pancakes!! The staff will tell you that most of them eat the GF pancakes because they’re better than the regular ones. :) I honestly have never eaten any other GF menu item here because the pancakes are so darn good I can’t help but order them no matter what time of day it is!
Definitely NOT celiac friendly! The waitress told me the GF pancakes are made on the same skillet as the regular ones but they do their best to clean the gluten off. She did assure me the tots and fries are the only items in their fryer though
My fiancé is gluten free and we came here for lunch. We ordered burgers and they had a gluten free bun. He couldn't be happier. We were so impressed with how good the food was we went back the next day for breakfast and had gluten free pancakes. They were delicious. The staff was great too !!! I would highly recommend eating here !!!

What a gem this place is for us poor, unfortunate, gluten free folks! Although there was about a 30 minute wait, it was well worth it and I think a wait list is always a good sign when trying a new restaurant. I ordered a delicious bowl with eggs over their homemade turkey hash, which is essentially shredded turkey mixed with potatoes, caramelized onions, green peppers and seasonings. Wow! It was amazing. I also ate an amazing GF banana pancake, which was also DF! We will definitely dine here again the next time we're in Tampa.

Omg this was the best gluten free bread I have ever had!!! I had a bacon egg and cheese before a beer festival and by god it was delicious and filling. They give you like 3 scrambled eggs, lots of cheese and giant pieces of bacon on a buttery, slightly crispy gluten free Texas toast. I would eat here daily if I lived in Florida
Awesome staff. They now offer GF pancakes. They are amazing and you can't tell the difference between regular pancakes. I order the short stack. The regular order is huge.
Incredible gluten free pancakes. Three humongous pancakes (I got blueberries and strawberries in mine). The potatoes are great and the cheese grits too. Come hungry!

Not my kind of place, it's loud and a lot of things on the gf menu hurt my stomach as well, but the food was fresh and I appreciate the healthy options. I hope someday there are other breakfast choices for Celiacs other than an omelette..that gets old fast. Also doesn't have gf dessert except milkshakes and a lot of Celiacs are lactose intolerant like myself.
The food is very good! Friendly staff and it is easy to avoid gluten here.
