Amazing. The owners and chef are extremely knowledgeable about Celiac disease. Everything is gluten free except the wheat soft tortillas, which are only on the burritos. Chips are homemade in a dedicated fryer and they have an amazing gluten free fish fry. This is the sister restaurant of The Cheel.
