Some staff know about gluten. They read me the ingredients off of the can of the hot fudge. But they were not busy when we went. The ice cream is fine. After I ordered they told me that they now have gf cones.

Dairy Belle has all gluten free ice cream! I had a hot fudge sundae and it was wonderful. The staff is nice and is happy to double check labels on any of the toppings or sauces.
