What a wonderful experience! The owner has Celiac and gets it. They told me they have the most extensive GF menu in Utah and I believe it. I had a hamburger on a SOFT gluten free bun, sweet potato fries and splurged with a boysenberry sundae. My food came out separately and was labeled GF. The others in my party are not GF and enjoyed it as much as I did!!
