BEST GLUTEN FREE BURGER JOINT. HANDS DOWN! Ran by siblings who’s parents opened it 70 years ago. One of the siblings has celiac. Tons of options. Separate prep area and fryer. Gal with celiac will take time to talk to you when they aren’t completely swamped. Great family atmosphere. The train burger is awesome. Food comes out in a separate tray marked as allergy. They also have gluten free shakes, including gluten free Oreo! If I’m within 2 hours of this place I will detour to eat here. Buns are from a place called New Grains Bakery near Provo Utah. They ship. Best one I ever had.
