I had a wonderful experience at this DQ :) The lady at the counter very knowledgeable of gluten and contamination. Did a cleaning and sanitized Blizzard machine.

Came here all the time before my allergy, but was hesitant to continue. I now come regularly, getting a sundae with peanut butter cups. When you inform staff of your allergy, they will clean the ice cream machine, and grab fresh toppings from the back. I now feel totally safe here!
They worked with my 9-yr-old gluten intolerant kiddo to find something she could eat and use her gift card. They were sweet and accommodating and read labels!
This Dairy Queen has their own separate machine for allergy requests. Remind them it’s an allergy and to change gloves.
Grilled chicken patty and burger patties are GF plus a dedicated fry fryer and many GF Blizzards also. I had the grilled chicken with ranch and buffalo sauce on the side and fries. It was great.

For those with gluten sensitivity, we recommend trying one of our manufactured novelties: Dilly Bars, Buster Bar Treats, Fudge Bars, Vanilla Orange Bars, or Starkiss® Bars, which can be found in clear, sealed plastic wrappers. These products are made without wheat, rye, oats, or barley in a facility that has limited cross contact risk. This does not include Dilly Bars or Buster Bar Treats in paper bags, which are made on the store premises and are subject to potential cross contact.
