I have mixed feelings. The approach seems to be "we have gluten-free bread!" Wait staff didn't seem super knowledgeable and the menu wasn't actually clear about what's exactly gluten-free. So it took some work and some back-and-forth to get there and I had to guide the conversation. Also, my soup came out with crackers, which is always unsettling. I was never quite sure if it was safe or not, and for a pricey specialty restaurant, I expect better.

Fries aren't safe. Many of the sandwiches and soups ostensibly are.

Again, especially for the price, I expect them to have a better handle on it. The food tasted good though; I had a version of the Cuban and a simple tomato soup. To be fair, it tasted *very* good. And I was given assurances both via email and in person, that separate equipment is used. Still.
