Dalton Arms

Nothing but the best of experiences at Dalton Arms. We arrived unannounced in our campervan and they were happy for us to stay. The kitchen wasn’t open first night, but we made sure we booked a table for Friday. My husband explained I was a vegetarian, coeliac, with a nut allergy. Not a problem.

Geoffrey, Debbie & Ashleigh couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.

Debbie and Ashleigh very patiently went over menu with me and told me what would be safe for me to eat AND said most of the menu could be adapted to Gluten free.

They even do gluten free Fish and chips. I don’t eat fish,

but I know gluten free Fish and chips would be a real treat for many of you.

They have vegetarian options and can cater for vegans too. In fact I had the most amazing apple crumble and custard, which was gluten free, nut free and vegan. There is also vegan cream or ice cream if preferred to custard. I am not used to so many choices 🙈

They have a separate fryer and toaster for gluten free.

Honestly, we were welcomed with open arms and felt so comfortable at Dalton Arms .

Had a lovely long chat and a laugh with the ladies and can’t wait to go back.
