Lance is Awesome! We use to frequent Dalton’s Steak House in Payson UT when we lived in Santaquin. I wish Dalton’s would have been busy enough to stay in the Lindon location. At any rate, if you are ever in Payson Ut, check them out at that location. Lance is one of the most genuine people I have ever encountered in the food industry.
