We stayed at Dalvay by the Sea for two night and had an incredible experience. For every meal, I was told that "everything" could be made gluten free (after wait staff verified with chef). And chef was very aware celiac and risk of cross contamination. This included breakfast, picnic lunch, lounge food, and (best of all) dinner. The shellfish chowder was delicious - possibly the best thing I've ever eaten. The only thing that came close was the filet mignon I had got my main course!! Go and enjoy.
