When the waiter relayed that the chef said everything on the menu was gluten free, I knew I couldn’t trust eating anything at all. There was no gluten free menu and the waiter knew absolutely nothing about gluten. There were no measures because I chose not to eat. Watched my family eat and went back to the hotel and ate my own food.
