Dan Sushi & Hibachi

They were able to make fried rice with gluten free soy sauce for me as well as GF sushi. Said they could also do hibachi GF. They told me cross contamination could be an issue with the fried rice (not sure about sushi) but I don’t have celiac so it’s not an issue for me.
