They had a board outside advertising gluten free “options” but really only offered a gluten free quiche and one packaged pastry.

There's usually a choice of GF breads or English muffin. Let them know you're a celiac and they'll cook your breakfast on a cleaned skillet or grill and won't let any gluten touch your food.They do charge extra for GF bread.
