I just left here and they took extra care to print out their allergy statement and provided me a fresh surface to cut my meat on. They asked great questions and took my needs seriously. The food was also great!

Inform them you’re celiac when ordering and they’ll do all prep on a clean cutting board. The BBQ is pretty good as well
