This pasta was fantastic!!! I went in today and asked all the questions. I was skeptical…No dedicated space, they don’t even boil their GF pasta in different water. I am a very sensitive celiac and was ready to say no thanks, but was told by the manager that they use Italian 00 flour with very little gluten and that she hasn’t had any celiacs have trouble. So I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. I had a build your own GF fusilli with vodka sauce (all of their sauces are GF) and chicken. It was yummy and I had no trouble at all. I’m not suggesting it for everyone, but I was happy I took the chance.
