I was fully prepared to order a salad here. But the waitress took a lot of time to explain to me the GF protocol. How the GF pizza is prepped in its own area and cooked on its own pans. They use cornmeal to roll out the dough and they don’t use the tomato sauce for risk of cross contamination, they just use olive oil to be safe. The pizza was a little bit bland and the crust wasn’t anything special (not cauliflower, just general GF) but I didn’t get sick so I’ll probably be returning. Other than the GF pizza, there’s salad but nothing else GF. All the appetizers are breaded/fried.
