Wait staff were very knowledgeable. Tons of GF options available and they will make items that can be gluten free without gluten - for example, they made us a gluten free Wiener schnitzel that was great!

A few items aren’t gluten free (like the spaetzl) but the majority of items (chicken, sausage, spreads, schnitzel, pork, etc) were.
