They don't have a specific gluten free menu, but every staff member was highly knowledgeable about what items were gluten-free, which was most of the menu! They have a dedicated fryer so you can even have french fries and they can even fry the plantains gluten-free for you. The food was delicious and high quality. Can't recommend this place enough. The best Cuban food I've ever had.

One of my favorite places to go when we visit the area! Very knowledgeable about GF items on menu and can make other items, like the chicken Madeira GF if you ask!

Found Dan’s using the app after our first choice was closed- lucky for me!! I’m celiac and felt super comfortable ordering from here. The person I spoke with on the phone knew what was safe and what wasn’t, and made sure to make maduros gf for me! It was labeled and contained separately! I had the ropa vieja with rice and maduros and it was DELICIOUS! We will definitely keep coming back!

Delicious food. Waiter had celiac so I felt safe ordering. Dedicated fryer. So many choices. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food including kids who ordered chicken tenders.

Great place to eat. Tell them that you are GF and they will take care of you . Black beans are great. They will cook fries GF. Same with fish and many other things. We usually eat there once a week. Food is always great.

No GF bread. You can’t eat any of their sandwiches so for lunch you would have to choose an entree. Not sure if they take precautions for CC.

Amazing Cuban food and a dedicated fryer! Our server was knowledgeable and helpful, and even made sure my husband's food was prepared gf so I could taste it. I had kebabs, congri, tostones, and flan. I would definitely recommend, and I'll be back the next time I'm in town!

Attentive waitress who even thought to have my husbands order of plaintains prepared gluten free so I could have some too. The veggie platter and black beans were dairy free too!! Super yummy! I don’t know that the food is Celiac friendly as I have an allergy, but I didn’t get sick!

I got the vaca frita, rice n beans, and steamed veggies and didn't get sick. If they really do use soy oil to cook their fries, I'd avoid it because it's GMO unfortunately.

Excellent meal! I wish I had found it sooner in the week. Skirt steak, conigas, and great fresh steamed veggies. Best meal all week!! Thank you for your gf dedication. The place was packed!

Not only is this my favorite Cuban restaurant but 90% of their menu is naturally gluten free! The fries are fried in a dedicated fryer in soy oil. Anything that is not gf is fried in a pan by itself so it doesn't contaminate anything else. I eat here every time I'm in Blairsville and I have tried nearly everything on the menu and have never gotten sick once. The staff is super friendly and service is always quick. I would give this place ten stars if I could! Also you MUST try the cafe con leche! Soooo good!!!
