Review of Dante's Creative Cuisine

Food was fantastic... Even offered me toasted gluten free italian roll. They serve all their bread with a whole roasted garlic, oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping. It was great. Almost every entree on the menu was gluten free or could be made gluten free. They do have gluten free pasta and know to avoid cross contamination. I had a bacon wrapped filet mignon, baked potato. salad, and bread and it was all great.

I felt management had a good understanding of gluten and took care to avoid cross contamination.
