They offer glutenfree burger buns (had the Pavarotti burger - vegetarian - with grilled cheese as a patty). They told me that the fries are not safe if I'm sensitive because they don't have a gf deep-fryer.There are also rice-based bowls which can be made glutenfree (by changing certain ingredients).

Great breakfast buffet with gluten free bread available. Staff was attentive and made sure I got GF food.
