My server in the bar side of the establishment was very patient with my questions, and she was able to help me choose a custom plate option with all the pieces cooked or warmed to minimize cross contamination. I ordered pan-grilled chicken with verified GF seasoning, a baked potato, and steamed green beans. I also had a double Tito's and coke which was prepared carefully (no symptoms after drinking it... other than a good buzz) 😜
