If the American cashier is not working, DO NOT EAT HERE. They use soy sauce AND tamari in their sauces and it comes premixed so they cannot leave it out. The chicken curry is safe, be aware that cross contamination may happen. The Beef is marinated in soy sauce. The Pad Thai, my usual go to, is also not safe.
