UPDATE - due to COVID cost cuts they no longer carry gluten free bread for the foreseeable future :(
Staff was super helpful and made sure ingredients/utensils were kept as separately as possible. Kitchen is small so no guarantees about cross contamination but I've been several times with no issues! The fact that they have GF sub rolls at no additional cost is incredible.
Amazing subs AND they have gluten free sub rolls!!! Those with celiac or serious GF allergies should know that the kitchen is not GF; however, they DO have GF sub rolls. SO AWESOME!

Their gf buns are delicious! Along with their subs!
Dave’s has some of the best sandwiches around. They have gluten free bread and follow appropriate cross-contact procedures!
