I absolutely love this bagel place! The owner Paula is amazing. She even trained her sure that her team is trained when someone orders a gluten bagel what to do. When you order a bagel her team will make to change their gloves, clean the grill and make sure that your needs are take care of. You can ask them to clean the grill if you felt it was not done. Last time I was there I talked the owner about getting a gf dedicated toaster. She that they will be a gf dedicated toaster very soon. The cream is safe, never touches the regular bagels. They are waiting on getting new varieties of GF bagels!! 10 out of 10 recommend!
