I am new to DD Mau. The 2 times I have visited here, listing in the comments that I am gluten free and that it was an “allergy,” each time there was an egg roll or fried onions on there. You must specify ingredients that you can’t have and request change of gloves for the food to be safe. The Maryland Hts location was not knowledgable about Celiac/ GF. Feeling symptomatic even after sending back bowl.
The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free foods and cross contamination. Most of their dishes are gluten free and they can also make modifications for example, the fried rice, they can eliminate soy sauce and fried shallots. They do not have a designated fryer. I got the rice noodle bowl with chicken and the rice paper spring rolls, it was so delicious and I didn’t have a reaction!
