I e-mailt them in front and asked them if gluten and dairy free was possible. The told me that it dependent om how heavily I would react on cross contamination. The use clean kitchen tools and stuff but the will slice gluten full bread in the same kitchen and use the same oven. So a little bit cross contamination was possible but the do there best to avoid that. And asked me what I though that sounded good on the menu. When I told them the dishes they answered me with how the would make it possible for me to eat it. So a already ordered by email mine menu.
On the evening we came there the had baked gf bread for me (didn't sliced it) and maked for me a vegan allioli. The meals looked great and tasted great aswell. It was one of the best meals I ever had.
We even came back the next day for our lunch. Without reservation and that was possible aswell.
