The most delicious squid steak EVER. Super tender and moist, not chewy at all, breading was prefect. I got the mild yellow curry sauce and it paired so well, I’m already missing it! Husband got the fish and chips which he loved! Highly highly recommend, 10/10 check out if you are in the traverse area. Owner was super nice and answered all of our questions kindly.

Chef and CoOwner Toby has Celiacs and Colitis himself so there will never be any Gluten in this kitchen.

We love De Food Truck! The owner is incredibly kind and knowledgeable in gluten free because he has Celiac. It is a dedicated gluten free truck so everything is safe to order which is such a treat because it is so hard to find fried fish or fries that are safe to eat. The food is always delicious and fresh! My husband and I try to go as often as we can!

My husband and I accidentally came across this marvelous food truck. This is a MUST try for those avoiding gluten for any reason. The fish and chips were delicious and we will be returning to try other options.

It was so nice to visit a food truck that’s completely gluten free. My husband didn’t need to ask about substitutions and cooking surfaces, and we could share food! We also discovered our son (picky eater) likes fish now and stole a bunch of ours, so we had to get more. :-) Very happy!

This is a dedicated gluten free food truck serving fried fish, shrimp, squid steak, chicken drumsticks, freakandell and falafel. Go to the website to find out where the food truck will be when you are in the area. We had the fried cod and fries. They were delicious.
