De Frites Staan

This is a small restaurant where you can only eat (belgain) fries (and drink beer, that is not gluten-free). They only make fries so no risk of cross contamination. I've eaten the fries with mayonaise and truffle mayonaise and had no reaction. Both sauces are homemade. We've asked in general if everything was glutenfree and they said yes, we didn't specify every sauce or other toppings.
