De Gekroonde Hoofden

This place is safe to eat, but it was not tasty at all. The spareribs were very dry and were way too salted, even though we really like pretty salty food, this burned on our lips. Upon telling the waitress about this when she asked if everything was allright, she told us "everyone has a different kind of taste". Sauces and potatoes were good, salad was really plain and tasteless. A disappointment and missed chance, would not reccomend even though I am 100% sure about safety.

Best rib restaurant in Ghent! All ribs, potatoes and sauces are gluten free. Staff is helpful and tells what to eat.
