Vooraf gebeld en gevraagd naar de mogelijkheden omdat we met een grote familie kwamen. Daardoor was er een aparte frituur met schoon vet aangezet voor glutenvrij friet. Sushi werd ter plekke klaargemaakt, glutenvrije sojasaus werd apart gebracht. Niet alle stafleden zijn even goed geïnformeerd maar je merkt snel genoeg wie het wel begrijpen en die letten heel goed op.
