Gluten free options are marked on the menu. There is a wide selection if you aren’t celiac, but there is less for those with celiac due to shared fryer oil. The chef was willing to make the mole chicken rice balls for me in a separate pan instead of the fryer, and they were delicious. So are their enchiladas, hibiscus tacos, and cocktails. Unique flavors. Their baked chips have flour but it’s marked on the menu. The staff is knowledgeable and always double checks if they are unsure. I eat here regularly and have never had a reaction.
