Restaurant De Nieuwe Winkel

This vegan restaurant has 2 Michelin stars. I went there with 3 friends who don't have any allergies and we all had the 9-course chef's menu. I had called in advance about having coeliakie and as soon as we were seated the host asked who was eating gluten free. About half of the dishes I had were exactly the same as my friends, for the other ones they had made alterations to make it gluten free for me, including gluten free bread and my own vegan butter. They were all just as good as the dishes my friends had and I felt very safe and take care of. It was a great experience for a recently new coeliak, I would definitely recommend!
