Gluten free pancakes, practically every pancake on the menu is available to be made with a gluten free batter. Lactose free is also available. They specifically clean their equipment for these orders, but whether that's enough to rule out cross contamination depends on the materials their equipment is made out of, so I'm unsure of how safe it is. I've been here twice without symptoms, but you might not be as lucky.
