Dead Line

My partner and I had an amazing experience at Deadline. The cocktail bar/ restaurant is not dedicated gluten free but their menu is very well marked and lists several appetizers, entrees, salads, drinks and gluten free desserts. What really stood out to us was that when I ordered a salad (marked gluten free) and requested to add chicken the waitress was very clear that the chicken could be a cross contamination risk so she asked the chef to cook my chicken in a separate pan. After our meal the waitress left us with a handful of suggestions for other celiac friendly spots in the area.
