Diner got sold to the bar next door so this place may or may not be gf. A lot of the menus options that were gf they don’t have anymore besides toast and don’t have a separate fryer. Restaurant just got sold and new owners haven’t really started yet so call and ask before you go of it is still celiac safe.
Great food. We went specifically because of information on this app. Friendly staff advised us the owner has Celiac and reassured us that they have separate fryer. The owner was there and she prepared the gluten free burger with Brie and apple on a gluten free roll, with fries! The regular patty melt was equally delicious with fries.

Cute little diner, with friendly and efficient staff. Large menu, including breakfast and meals. Gluten friendly, has gluten-free buns and gluten-free bread. Ordered triple-decker club sandwich with gluten-free bread.

It was nice to eat at a small town diner and feel safe. I have eaten here twice and haven't had an issue. Owner is celiac. Dedicated fryer. I was able to order the roast beef club and it was amazing. The fries were delish - I miss diner fries.

Excited to eat there. Ended up getting very sick gluten-free is not truly gluten-free if you are very allergic or have celiac avoid at all costs!!! Needs a good thorough cleaning of the restaurant also I always check out the bathrooms first and they were very dirty. I should’ve known of the food didn’t even taste good anyway should’ve left before eating and service was absolutely horrendous. I don’t think they really want to be there. 🥲 trust me don’t waste your time many other places that have gluten-free that are a lot better!!!!

We made DeBary Diner our spot but unfortunately today we were told after waiting 20 min and getting our coffee that they can’t serve “Celiacs” today….. This is totally disappointing. Never again. I understand it’s slightly harder to prepare for a “celiac” customer but I ordered hash, eggs, and home fries not even toast!! I have never felt like such an outcast before. I tip very well and am always polite.

I don’t want to give this place a bad review, as I believe this was a fluke, but just make sure you overly state that you have celiac! I failed to do so and simply stated I had a gluten allergy. My boyfriends (gluten) meal came out with my gluten free meal, no gloves or ketchup packets were given, and no manager/owner was brought to the table. I believe it was VERY minor cross contamination, and not a full blown glutening. Stay safe everyone!

The owner is Celiac and so accommodating. There is a gluten free menu, but the owner said if you call ahead she can make additional preparations/items (she even mentioned a gluten free pot roast that sounded delicious). I had a cheeseburger with a delicious bun, and they have a dedicated fryer for the fries. They even brought out my meal separately with gloves, and had individual ketchup packets to avoid cross contamination from the condiment bottles. I live 30+ minutes from here, but I will certainly return soon.

The owner has celiac and came out to talk to us. They have a small GF menu but the waiter told us the owner could really make us anything we wanted. Dedicated fryer. The food was good and the prices were fantastic!

I have celiac disease and I was amazed by the staff here. The chef came out to meet me, explained her personal experience and made me a gluten free cheese steak with caramelized onions, mushrooms, and peppers. It was amazing and one of my favorite meals the whole journey. My husband also loved his order, including the gluten, and we had a fabulous meal. It's a small town feel and friendly service. The food was great and the price was amazing, especially for the two of us to eat lunch with good portions for under 20 dollars. I would travel out of my way any time going to Florida given the exceptional service I received and the excellent food that made me feel like a "normal" customer. Sorry for no pictures. The food was so good we couldn't stop to take them!

Not a gluten free establishment but the owner/chef has celiac and takes all precautions to avoid cross-contamination. Dedicated fryer. GF fries, crispy fried fish, burgers, etc.
