I had read that Debbie’s had gluten free chicken and fries and they do! They are made in a dedicated fryer. I didn’t have any kind of a reaction at all. NOIIICE!

We got the chicken tenders and fries, but some of the staff made me nervous. I called ahead and they assured me the chicken and fries were made in a dedicated fryer. The kid taking orders though clearly had no clue what I was talking about and made a comment that hopefully it would be okay. I said hopefully wasn’t good enough and that I’d like to talk to someone who would know. The manager came over and said that yes the chicken and fries would be GF in their own fryer. My daughter with celiac was okay, but I seriously considered walking.

The food and value for money was outstanding. The fried chicken and fries each have their own separate fryers and no other products cooked in them. I feel 100% fine after eating here. This will be my new go to place.

The owner has a family member with Celiac so has safe options and good cross contamination protocols. Most of the staff are teens so you need to remind them of what you need but they do a great job. Dedicated fryer for GF chicken and fries. The soft serve they make the shakes from is GF (without add ins).
