There were seven gluten free options when I was there! All the gluten free options are low carb and diabetic friendly! There’s a separate area in the kitchen for gluten free baking. The prices were reasonable. I liked the lemon square!

I have never been glutened from any of the gluten free/keto options here. Everything is made from scratch and they understand the contamination issue. Their gf soups are amazing as well as all their baking. I wish I worked closer as they would be my go to for goodies and lunches.
