Though the menu was not marked, staff was very knowledgeable. She said that that most things could be modified, the only gluten containing ingredient in most of the items was a broth and it could be excluded from most things besides the curries. When I got food the food runner confirmed it was gluten free and the receipt also had “gluten allergy” marked. The food was very good so I definitely would return.
I’ve been going here for over 2 years now & never had a reaction, it’s SO good and the kitchen understands allergen prep! I’ve been told when you tell them “gluten-free” they will automatically switch pans & prep it separately. I still always specify I’m sensitive and ask them to mark my ticket for an allergy but they really are on top of it! Highly recommend the Pad Thai & the cashew pineapple shrimp bowl, most of the menu can is/can be gf!
