Would not eat here as they do not have GF soy sauce.

They were super busy when I came through, but server was still nice – helped me out & was pretty knowledgeable (took some conversation to figure things out, but I think did). Though did forget me a couple times. They modified a dragon roll for me (no eel sauce), & I also got a vegetarian roll. They said the sushi should generally be gluten (& soy-sauce) free if no tempura (I had to mention eel sauce maybe unsafe too). No tamari/GF soy sauce (nothing to dip in).
Didn’t taste super fresh to me, but was filling, I didn’t get sick, & overall a better option for me than many in T5.
(There are helpful yelp reviews for it too, search “gluten” there)
