Staff was not particularly knowledgeable. I was skeptical about the soy sauce/Tamari provided so I didn't use it. I was still very sick after eating there.

I love this restaurant. Most of the staff is knowledgable of gf. They were able to modify rolls to make then gf. They also have gf soy sauce and wasabi.
