This is some of the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. The last time I ordered it took a little longer because they cleaned the entire brick oven before putting my pizza in. Contamination is still probably an issue but the fact that they are aware and do the best they can makes it worth it for me.

Hands down one of the best pizza places I’ve been to. The people who work there are SO incredibly nice. Gluten free pizza here is soft and fluffy unlike many other places. Can’t recommend them enough! The only downside is there is a $5 upcharge for pizza, but I think it’s absolutely worth it. Also love supporting a local business.

Tips

Celiac

You can order pizza through Mealeo online. I recommend leaving a note or informing them to cut in tray, with clean knife, and indicate it’s for celiac and/or gluten allergy. They clean everything down. Also, there are two entrances. One (the first entrance) is to dine in, the second one is for pickup. They will very kindly redirect you if you forget. :)

We were really craving pizza while in Albany but finding GF pizza in general is a hassle, especially GOOD GF pizza. Coming from NYC, my expectations weren’t very high, it’s tough to find good GF pizza but when I tell you, we were blown away by their GF pizza. It was absolutely amazing. Fluffy, not a thin crisp, the crust was amazing, the tomato sauce was unique. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely be stopping by again. Staff is very very friendly, they have seating in the back(outdoors). It’s a very at-home experience, it was lovely.
