The absolute best gluten free pizza (for even celiacs) in the area. Staff ensured GF pizza cooked separately and used separate materials and cutter/cleaned down preparation/cooking area. I am highly sensitive to gluten (celiac) and had no issues with their pizza.

This is some of the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. The last time I ordered it took a little longer because they cleaned the entire brick oven before putting my pizza in. Contamination is still probably an issue but the fact that they are aware and do the best they can makes it worth it for me.

Hands down one of the best pizza places I’ve been to. The people who work there are SO incredibly nice. Gluten free pizza here is soft and fluffy unlike many other places. Can’t recommend them enough! The only downside is there is a $5 upcharge for pizza, but I think it’s absolutely worth it. Also love supporting a local business.

We were really craving pizza while in Albany but finding GF pizza in general is a hassle, especially GOOD GF pizza. Coming from NYC, my expectations weren’t very high, it’s tough to find good GF pizza but when I tell you, we were blown away by their GF pizza. It was absolutely amazing. Fluffy, not a thin crisp, the crust was amazing, the tomato sauce was unique. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely be stopping by again. Staff is very very friendly, they have seating in the back(outdoors). It’s a very at-home experience, it was lovely.
