As a persian girl with celiac disease, this place deserves a tight hug and a kiss on the cheeks. The first question my waiter asked our table was if anybody had any allergies. Instantly became my new favorite place to eat. They have precautions in place in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination with gluten for celiacs and the waiters are really awesome and knowledgeable about which items have and don’t have gluten. As an asymptomatic celiac I didn’t feel as much anxiety eating here as I usually do at other restaurants and the food was amazing. Lots of gf options too. I really appreciate restaurants like Delbar with my whole heart!!!
